In our 3,500 m2 modern building equipped with artificial intelligence automation systems, 288,000 tons of ripening can be done in every period.

 

Bananas taken in the yellowing rooms are stored in a way that Bimuz specially developed by their teams for the yellowing process. Bananas stored in these rooms are wrapped in computer control with devices that operate with automation and apply synthetic ethylene gas.

 

The banana put in the ripening is removed from the yellowing room within 3 to 5 days, depending on the demands of the markets.
